Earn a Graduate Certificate in Biblical History and Geography

Spend a year taking graduate level classes at JUC. Learn about the land, language, and people of Bible through rigorous study and in-the-field excursions.

GRADUATE CERTIFICATE IN

HEBREW AND COGNATE LANGUAGES

The Graduate Certificate in Hebrew and Cognate Languages provides students with a core understanding of biblical Hebrew and its cognate languages, including their grammar, syntax, and literatures.

If you’re seeking a graduate-level program but can’t commit to a full two-year M.A., this one-year, 24-credit-hour certificate provides a focused and flexible alternative. Drawing from the core courses of our M.A. program, it allows you to build a strong academic foundation while maintaining the option to transfer approved graduate credits from another institution.
