The administration, faculty and board of
directors of JUC maintain an evangelical position focusing on the centrality of
Christ and authority of Scripture. The commitment of the school is to fulfill
the educational mission of JUC within the framework of the conservative evangelical
Christian thought represented by the members schools of the consortium.
Whereas JUC is a member of the National Association of Evangelicals, the board
of directors has determined that the statement of faith published by the
National Association of Evangelicals in the United States is sympathetic to the
mission of JUC and that the beliefs of member schools should be
also compatible with
this statement. |
