Jerusalem University College enjoys a wonderful and unique position in the academic Christian community.  JUC has served a wide variety of Christian schools and students from diverse denominational backgrounds within Protestant Christianity over many years.  If you examine the student demographics and the membership lists of Associated Schools you will get a picture of the historical and current makeup of JUC. 

The university college recognizes that constituent schools formulate their own statements of faith in a manner that is appropriate to the unique character and traditions of each institution and that these statements may differ in part from that of JUC or the more than 100 member schools of the consortium.

The administration, faculty and board of directors of JUC maintain an evangelical position focusing on the centrality of Christ and authority of Scripture. The commitment of the school is to fulfill the educational mission of JUC within the framework of the conservative evangelical Christian thought represented by the members schools of the consortium. 

Whereas JUC is a member of the National Association of Evangelicals, the board of directors has determined that the statement of faith published by the National Association of Evangelicals in the United States is sympathetic to the mission of JUC and that the beliefs of member schools should be also compatible with this statement.
